About this Series

Mindfulness is a core thread that weaves through all of the programs and services put out by Naturefy. This particular opportunity supports you building not only the muscle of mindfulness, but also of positive intelligence. Participate in the Mindfulness and Positive Intelligence Program to build your mental fitness, gain mindfulness techniques and tools and be able to access your wise and positive self more often in your life.

What is Positive Intelligence?

Do you trust yourself to mindfully navigate life's challenges? Do you want to know what current neuroscientists have identified as effective practices for calming our mind? This six-week experience teaches you simple tools and practices that you can effectively incorporate into your life. In just over a month, you can improve your mental fitness and mindfulness acumen significantly as well as develop a positive, growth mindset. Designed by Shirzad Chamine and amplified with mindfulness components from Melissa and Marisa, this program has been tested with hundreds of CEOs and their executive teams, Stanford students, world-class athletes and over 500,000 participants from 50 countries. Not only will this experience help you find greater inner peace and happiness, but it will activate your inner wisdom (or inner Sage powers) and equip you with mindfulness techniques so that you can improve your relationships, your performance and overall wellness.

What’s Included in this Program

  • App-based elements (Yes, there is an app and it is useful!) - accessible through either your phone or computer.

  • 1-hour weekly instructional video by Shirzad Chamine, the founder of Positive Intelligence, for 6 weeks.

  • Set of daily challenges to help you develop and maintain 15 minutes of Positive Intelligence practice a day and apply Positive Intelligence in your life.

  • Positive Intelligence Gym with reps guided by Shirzad Chamine that you can use as and when you can fit them in.

  • Audio recording of the Positive Intelligence book.

  • 6 weekly virtual learning pod meetings with Melissa and Marisa and a small group of pod members to receive a mix of different guided mindfulness meditations, have an opportunity to share your experiences, gain insights and tips and receive coaching support to help you make the most of the program.

  • BONUS - 6 Week Mental Fitness Reflective Workbook and Resource Manual (available upon registration) that deepens your engagement individually and provides a written journal for you to keep beyond this experience.
