Tending to Grief

We are living in a period of extended uncertainty and ambiguity, much of which is hard to pinpoint. Many of us have also been uprooted from our automatic patterns which has brought forward or illuminated our many instances of grief that we have experienced across the landscape of our life and which are nudging us for attention. During this time where we still live amongst a global pandemic, where we may be witnessing more deaths or dealing with the loss of ritual that rightfully honors and holds reverence for death.

These times are calling for all of us to show up in this present moment in the best and most whole way we are able. In order to do that, we must greet and dialogue with our grief so as to move forward more powerfully and as an embodied and resilient person. To navigate this terrain, there are different options available:

  • Regular Grief Ceremonies are available that offer an individual an opportunity to be in community to identify the things you have lost, the grief you are carrying, what’s ready to be released and how to consciously and with great support move forward.

  • Life Celebration/Memorial Package to support you in bringing forth the spirit of that which has departed and shepherd the space so that everyone is held and invited to create a deep and meaningful ritual together. This guided experience elicits spirit in an open expansive way that allows for people of all beliefs and cultures to feel safe, accepted and comfortable to fully share what is on their minds and hearts in processing their loss.

  • Grief Tending Group Circles - Grief can manifest in a variety of forms and can impact people at different points in their life. Through calling your friends and family together to support you in whatever grief it is you may be experiencing can be a powerful and potent experience. By holding space for you and others to process collectively, you can be guided to let go of whatever emotions are ready to be let go of and move with your grief in a loving and compassionate way.
