Marisa is a one of the founders of Calm One, Calm All and co-leads weekly Livestream Hangouts with her sister Hannah Gant and Ashley Norris, currently streamed on Facebook Monday nights from 5pm - 6pm PST. Calm One, Calm offers digestible bite-sized meditations and talks to support people getting in tune with themselves, practices in core areas to explore and regularly facilitated circles that offer interactive space for connecting, sharing, and practicing mindfulness.
