To further gain greater access to your inner yourself, it’s critical you spend time outdoors. Part of the reason we get so much inspiration from nature is because out in nature animals and plants know their role, are living it and not holding themselves back. Being in natural settings provides inspiration to awaken our gifts, talents and expressions - essentially our role and essence - and on a body level, nature enlivens and awakens us.

On any of these hikes, expect to:

Learn about plants, trees, geography and other Northwest nuggets of natural history
Come away with newfound insights and curiosities for you to continue to explore within your inner natural wilderness
