Mindful Wilderness Hikes
To further gain greater access to your inner yourself, it’s critical you spend time outdoors. Part of the reason we get so much inspiration from nature is because out in nature animals and plants know their role, are living it and not holding themselves back. Being in natural settings provides inspiration to awaken our gifts, talents and expressions - essentially our role and essence - and on a body level, nature enlivens and awakens us.
Naturefy offers half day or full day hikes in parks around Seattle as well as far off WA destinations. At this time, Mindful Wilderness Hikes are being offered at Wallace Falls within an hour of Seattle, Mt. St. Helens and Deception Pass/Whidbey Island (links to each Airbnb offering at the places when they are finalized).
On any of these hikes, expect to:
