Intuitive Counseling / Coaching

As a holistic counselor, Marisa tunes in and supports/encourages wellness and vibrancy at multiple levels including, mental/energetic blockages, spiritual connection, nutrition, emotional wellbeing, etc... This all begins with stewarding and harnessing one’s intuition as a wellspring for communication and trust from within, but covers all levels of one's being. In addition to supporting wellness on a number of levels, practice is also facilitated to work with one’s intuition and tools and resources to further your exploration. Marisa uses a blend of counseling and coaching practices/exercises as part of these sessions.

As we continue to live through ambiguous and tumultuous times, tapping into this intuitive reservoir from within and developing mental resiliency and strength will become even more necessary.

Guided Visualization

Many of us allow life to happen and get swept away with our to do lists and our day-to-day affairs. However, we are active creators and visionaries in our life and it is a powerful undertaking to more purposefully and intentionally step into the role of curating one's life.

Using the support of a guide, you can unbiasedly view a new undertaking you would like to manifest and through a guided visualization session take the steps to vision, ground your vision, release impediments and manifest your reality.

ENERGETIC SPACE CLEARING

Physical spaces serve as another important lever point to access heightened levels of health and wellbeing for both individuals and businesses. All the spaces we inhabit on a regular basis in fact contain an energetic charge from the people who come in and out and the day to day activities that transpire. For example, it's possible to feel this effect when walking into a room following a fight between people in a home, or the tension that can loom around hitting deadlines, or the resentment that can build up when layoffs take place and can linger in a business and effectively negatively influence a company going forward.  

Space clearing in essence frees, purifies and opens a space from all that has been to provide energetic maintenance; much like the efforts we undertake cleansing and purifying our own bodies. Having the chance to talk with clients beforehand to understand what is happening in the space and how they want the space to transform, Marisa then uses altars, invocations, prayers, smudging, drumming, mantra’s, crystals and other instruments to clear out spaces and recalibrate the energy. This process of energetic space clearing helps release unbalanced energy and reset spaces that harmonize with a person or companies intentions to clean the slate and bring into fruition the highest and best good of everyone.

Ritual Doula Session

This session is geared for any kind of event that you want to make more elegant, intentional and beautiful including: baby showers, retirements, life celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, etc...

Supporting you in visioning, organizing and leading your ritual which can include drawing up the goals, location and details of the event, coordinating the different elements, officiating the ritual if so desired, and helping with follow up.

This Memorial/Life Celebration gives you a guide to help support you in bringing forth the spirit of that which has departed and shepherd the space so that everyone is held and invited to create a deep and meaningful ritual together. A guide that elicits spirit in an open expansive way that allows for people of all beliefs and cultures to feel safe, accepted and comfortable to fully share what is on their minds and hearts.
