These are ongoing personal and spiritual development gatherings that take place +- the third Thursday evening of each month from 7pm-9pm.  These gatherings are more casual in nature than the quarterly gatherings with a presentation and open dialogue and an aim to go deeper into Ayurveda, spirituality, intuitive development and other topics.  The topic will be announced at the beginning of the month and updated on the calendar.
