These are ongoing personal and spiritual development gatherings that take place +- the third Thursday evening of each month from 7pm-9pm.  These gatherings are more casual in nature than the quarterly gatherings with a presentation and open dialogue and an aim to go deeper into Ayurveda, spirituality, intuitive development and other topics.  For this first gathering the plan is to provide an introduction to the gatherings, layout Ayurvedic cosmology & my spiritual premises as well as teach an intuitive development tool to help people navigate during this time.
