These are ongoing personal and spiritual development gatherings that take place +- the third Thursday evening of each month from 7pm-9pm.  These gatherings are more casual in nature than the quarterly gatherings with a presentation and open dialogue and an aim to go deeper into Ayurveda, spirituality, intuitive development and other topics.  

Marisa will be focusing on the concept of time from an Ayurvedic and spirutal perspective (linear and non-linear time). In addition to the topic, an intuitive development tool will be taught (which will take place at each gathering) to help people navigate during this time.
