Harvest learning from this past year and lay the groundwork for your mind, body and spiritual vibrancy going into the New Year. If you attended the January 7th Winter Solstice Reflecting Back session, feel free to skip the morning session and join for the rest of the workshop. Here’s the schedule:
- 10:15 – 11:30am – Reflecting back and harvesting learning from the past year to set the stage for looking forward in a creative manner.
- 11:30 – 1pm – Interactive Ayurvedic talk on three pillars of health (diet, sleep & lifestyle) to bring ancient wisdom regarding these areas to inform healthy practices that you can weave into your plans for the year.
- 1pm – 2pm Ayurvedic Lunch
- 2 – 4pm – Visioning/Planning for the year, techniques to manifest from an intuitive development perspective, and teaching on being state development practices to integrate into one’s plans to provide the foundation for one’s visions/plans to come into fruition in an elegant and easeful manner.
Expect to walk away with a health and wellness plan for either the first quarter of the year or the entire year (depending on your desired structure) and Ayurvedic wisdom and intuitive development learning to start the New Year off powerfully.
